Job Summary
We are seeking Special Education Teachers to support elementary school students in Colorado Springs. There are multiple openings, including a resource position and positions supporting autism classrooms.
Available Positions
Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction and support to elementary students with special education needs.
Develop and implement individualized instructional strategies based on student needs.
Support students in resource or autism classroom settings.
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and school staff.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate educational documentation.
Participate in IEP development, meetings, and implementation.
Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
Requirements
Valid Colorado Special Education teaching license required.
Experience working with elementary students in special education is preferred.
Experience supporting students with autism is preferred for the autism classroom positions.
