**Provisionary rate:** **$3/hr while you learn our company, products, and brand — growing to $4–7/hr as you take on more ownership.**
We're a US-based real estate tech company building AI-powered property tools for real estate investors. We're growing fast and looking for someone to grow with us — not a short-term contract, a long-term role.
You'll manage our social presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube — content calendar, captions, basic graphics, scheduling, and engagement. You'll start by learning our brand and products deeply; as you take on more, your pay grows with you.
* Plan and schedule a monthly content calendar
* Write captions and hooks in our brand voice
* Design simple graphics (Canva or similar)
* Repurpose content across platforms
* Respond to comments and grow engagement
* Track basic weekly performance numbers
**Bonus, not required:** basic video editing for Reels/Shorts.
* Some hands-on experience managing at least one social platform (professional or personal, paid or unpaid — show us what you've done)
* Comfortable with Canva or a similar design tool
* Can write a caption that doesn't sound robotic
* Self-directed — you don't need someone checking in on you daily
* Coachable — you take feedback and actually apply it
* Real estate/proptech interest is a plus, not required
