Do you enjoy solving complex tech pu zzles and helping others succeed? The California Conservation Corps (CCC) is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator (Analyst II) to serve as the ultimate Subject Matter Expert for our Cornerstone-powered Training Portal.
In this role, you will hold the keys to our learning architecture, driving system innovation while directly supporting our staff and Corpsmembers. You will balance high-level system engineering with human-centric support. One day you will be testing complex vendor releases in a staging environment, and the next, you will be creating user content to help the department maintain compliance. Your analytical skills will keep our systems running smoothly, ensuring our team has the tools they need to protect and restore California’s natural resources.

Working Conditions

The reporting location for this position is at CCC HQ located at 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816.

CCC Headquarters has recently gone through renovation including all new cubicles, new LED lighting, new flooring, and new bike rack, we have operational showers in both men's and women's restrooms, along with gender neutral restrooms in the building. Our kitchenettes are equipped with hot water dispensers, refrigerators, and automatic ice makers!

Eligibility Information

In order to be considered for the job vacancy you must satisfy one of the following requirements:

1. List Eligibility – Successfully c omplete the civil service exam for  Analyst 2 . Please refer to the exam bulletin for the frequency of administration of this exam.
2. Transfer Eligibility – Must have current employment with the State of California in the same classification or in a classification that is comparable. If in a different classification, you must meet the minimum qualifications (see Minimum Qualifications section and associated links above).
3. Reinstatement Eligibility – Previously obtained permanent employment with the State of California in the same classification or in a classification that is comparable. If in a different classification, you must meet the minimum qualifications (see Minimum Qualifications section and associated links above.
4. Training & Development (T&D) Assignment – State employees in a permanent appointment, and no longer on probation, may be considered for a T&D assignment.
